I recently purchased some parts for ugrades for some of my rental unit appliances and had a totally different experience with them. I'm not sure if they changed their management, but the customer service I got was outstanding, and the staff was very knowledgable about the equipment and how they worked. They were very patient and answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend Harold's to anyone who is looking for a local company with honest employees and great prices.
