  I came into t mobile with my mom make sure her new phone was set up properly. We had Jacob and Robert they were both amazing. Jacob continued to help my mom and I as Robert had to help another customer which ended up being a nightmare because the customer was so difficult towards him. Robert handled the situation very professional and level headed and I commend him for that. Jacob is such a personable person he was so helpful anything we asked (which in my opinion was allot ) he was able to show and or help us with anything we needed. These two guys are people persons and very funny helpful and professional. It's by far the best experience I've had at any t mobile store so I thank you guys.

  I always go into this store when I’m having a complicated issue. Normally I call ahead to make sure the manager, Mo Young, is available because I know he will work with me until the issue is resolved. This time he was not going to be there when I had time to come in but he called ahead for me to make sure that Mandi Menigoz would look for me and take care of me. She did. Mandi was great. She made all of the updates I was looking for quickly, was cracking up my daughter and me the whole time, and I think she gave me some crazy discounts because I ended up not paying anything that day. Mandi was great, I will keep driving past the store by my house to get to the one on Kingham St
